Paul came home today with these beautiful pink roses. I said, "Oh, thank you! What are they for?" He said they were for the hospital visit. Now I was not the one who visited the hospital, except to visit the sick. He was the one who spent all day Sunday and until 3 PM Monday in the hospital with a gall bladder attack! He is feeling fine now. He has an appointment on Thursday with a specialist. Hopefully, he will have this taken care of once and for all. The attacks are not fun and this was his fourth!
We both think pink roses in connection with hospital visits. That is what he brought me 32 years ago (on June 26th!) when Sara was born! I told him then that all I wanted if we had a girl, and I was hoping for one, was some pink Queen Elizabeth roses which he grew at that time. Back in those days, you didn't know if the baby would be a boy or girl until he or she arrived. Times have changed!!!

Sara has the same birthday as Amy...she's 6 days younger than me!
The roses are beautiful!! I am so sorry that Paul was in the hospital. We will put him on our prayer list.
Angela,
Sara is six days younger than you or Amy is six days younger than you? Ha, ha! That would be a good trick. (Amy and Angela are sisters but not twins!)
Gail -- Lovely pictures on your site. What a beautiful place for your home! Sorry that Paul's been ill. June 26 is my birthday, as well, but I'm not telling how old.
