THE TRIP HOME

Here we are on the trip home. It was January 7th and the temp was 70 degrees!
That is very different from when we have been experiencing in the last weeks!

The string and sissors around my neck are because I lost my sissors on the trip down...on Christmas Day! And, of course, nothing was open, so I had to give up rug hooking until the next day. I have found that having my sissors on a string is a very good idea. I never have to search for them. I always seem to be searching for something...

Ah, feels like spring!

Here are some pics from the interesting and historic town of Greencastle, PA.

A tight squeeze!
We did go through this tunnel and I held my breath on the way through!

There was a mural on the walls of the train bridge under pass!

Old train station

This is a walk-up store in the very old city of Haverhill, MA.
(Haverhill is pronounced with a long A, we found out.)
We do love to stop and smell the roses along the way!!!
