Last week I realized that I had a little time to make some gifts I hadn't planned on making.
We have always tried to keep our Christmas giving low key and inexpensive. While our kids were growing up, I made many of the gifts. We want to focus on the real gift of Christmas...
Jesus Christ Himself!
However gift making does cause us to realize that a true gift costs the giver something of himself or herself. Jesus came as a baby so that He could give His life for us! What an UNSPEAKABLE GIFT! I am so glad that I accepted His gift when I was a child.
How can anyone celebrate Christmas with out knowing Christ? Tomorrow we are going Christmas caroling to share our Lord Jesus Christ with others. We have one very special prayer request for one who desperately needs to know our Lord. We want to show the love of Jesus Christ to this needy person!
