Here are some pics of the "Chicago Peace" rose before the storm.
I'm not sure what it will look like afterward.
I didn't count the blossoms today, but at one point we had 20 buds.
It is beautiful and reminds me of Sara's wedding.
Her roses had the same variation of color.

If you look carefully - or know what to look for -you will notice that there is very little water in the lake in the background.
The lake is always drained before a heavy rain is expected.
