Our friend, Morley Beesley, stopped by today and told us it was our lucky day.
He had been wanting us to take a spin in his Corvette before he puts it away for the winter.
So we did! I guess Paul enjoyed driving it. I actually like our Odyssey van better. I was a little claustrophobic in the Corvette, but it was fun. At any rate we thank God for the wonderful van which he gave to us, as we pray for the transmission!
We buzzed out to Shediac and stopped at the library. Then we checked out the progress on the new library building in Riverview. How's that for a senior citizen outing? Yes, I have a birthday coming up next week! What am I doing to celebrate? Go to see the grandkids!!! Oh, their mom and dad too! Poor, poor Grampa has to stay home. Boohoo! I will miss him for sure!
