We celebrated my birthday while I was in NC with a SLEEP OVER!
I thought I was sleeping over already, but that night we (Sara, Wes, Wil & I)
slept in the living room.
Look who is sleeping and who is not!
Sleeping bags on the floor, a fire in the fireplace, pizza, cake, popcorn& Eloise at Christmas
or whatever the actual title was!
My GERMAN CHOCOLATE CAKEwhich I have not had since I was in Idaho in 2004!
I LOVE german chocolate cake and have not found the chocolate in Canada.
I bought this cake because the recipe makes a 3 layer, 9" cake and I didn't know if I would have to eat the whole thing myself or not. It turned out that Sara liked it, Wil liked it and Wes ate the cake and I finished his coconut pecan icing. YUM!!!
Presents! and, as you notice, I got to wear the party hat!
