A Mini Garden Tour

While we were on vacation at the farm,
we took a run down to Maine and stayed overnight.

This was the view from where we stayed, looking from the Maine side to the New Brunswick side across the water. We look an evening walk along the water, but I missed recording all the beauty because I didn't have my camera. We will have to do it again!

A typical Maine driver - Ha ha, ha!
If you look carefully, you can see the Mrs. on the other side.

I wanted to stop at a lovely antique shop outside of St. Stephen.
The antiques are very nicely displayed in the shop, but it was the gardens that called me.
We had stopped there last fall, so things were very different in the gardens.

We were given a prize winning garden tour.

I especially loved all the antiques incorporated into the gardens.

This is a Mandevilla (pronounced Mandevea). I don't remember ever seeing one before,
but now I own one, ah, two. (Who can pass up those 75% off deals at the end of the season?)
It is in a container because it is a tropical plant and
needs to be brought in for the winter.

LOVE THE BIRDHOUSE!!!
I'll have to make sure my carpenter sees it.
He saw it then, but likely forgot it as I did.
Sure, he can make that!

The gardens were so beautiful and the antiques made it even better. Thanks for sharing!
