Rhubarb is ready!Now a bunch is sitting on the counter waiting to be made into a strawberry/rhubarb pie!

I couldn't agree more about the dandelions! Once they turn raggedy and white and half-blown, they're not quite so nice...but who am I to begrudge a vast lawn of sunshine?
